My name is Breeze Cross, a lifelong resident of the Truckee-Tahoe region of Northern California & the 3rd generation owner/operator of Truckee-Tahoe Lumber Co. in Truckee, Ca. TTL, community and industry involvement were my life. I am blessed now that my sons Ira & Andrew have the fire & calling to carry TTL into its next generation, giving me the freedom to pursue my callings..

In February, 2004, I experienced an unsought and unexpected spontaneous awakening of consciousness. Having no frame of reference for relating to or integrating this experience, it was not long before this state of blissful awareness shut down, opening the door for a journey of exploration into numerous avenues of healing and expanding awareness. Inquiry, meditation, yoga, dance & healing became passions with influence from Adyashanti, Matt Kahn, HAI, MKP, Oneness University, 5Rhythms, Open Floor Intl. and Stephen Barr.

My love affair with singing bowls began with first experiencing the giant meditation bowl during an Adyashanti retreat. I purchased my own meditation bowl & tingshas at the Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu. After that, singing bowls just began showing up, introducing themselves and sharing their voices and vibrations. Currently, I am working with 26 “Crystal Tones” alchemical singing bowls. Each bowl has its own musical note & the set covers the entire middle musical scale, with a number of highs & lows.

The bowls & music are a blessing and give my life purpose. I love being a part of the Crystal Alchemy project with my sister ahMuse & brother David Blonski. To be able to collaborate with other sound healers brings such dimension & character to the bowls' sound scape.

Laurie A. Nahser Martin, aka ahMuse

Laurie has danced along a life-long path of Music and Movement. She is thrilled to be part of the Crystal Alchemy Project as this beautiful healing music emerges, sharing melodic percussion and vocals.

She began her musical adventures on the piano, an avid fan of classical music. After strumming a 12 string guitar and singing through the formative songs of the 70’s, she later found her current love of drumming as a student of the djembe. She became a HealthRHYTHMS Drum Circle facilitator in 2011, starting her own business, RhythmU, “who you are Beat by Beat”. As her family of drums grows she offers drumming experiences for health and well-being to elders, those is cancer recovery, mental health and rehab settings and in schools, in addition to performing and recording as a “melodic” percussionist. She is passionate about the power of Rhythm to know oneself, connect in CommUNITY and bring joyful healing experiences to all ages!

After her first Conscious Dance experience at Burning Man she knew that she wanted to expand offering “conscious” experiences for well-being and expression in the world. Continuing her love of Conscious Dance she became trained as a Dancing Freedom facilitator. She has since been a Guide with Breeze-la and other teacher/guides as Sierra Conscious Dance. She and Breeze-la have been evolving the offering of Singing Bowls and percussion since 2017. They are now joined by David Blonski on didgeridoo, flute and percussion, who also engineered their first CD as Crystal Alchemy Project, “Emergence”.

Laurie has lived in the Reno/Tahoe area for nearly 5 decades. She moved here for a season as a ski bum, and never left. She worked in public health and as a teacher and administrator in public education. She is still in public service as a Bridges Out of Poverty trainer with Opportunity Alliance Nevada. When she decided to “renew”, she was determined to “do the good work from the outside.” Little did she know what would emerge.

David Blonski

David Blonski is a creative spirit with a passion for life and a heart full of love. As an artist, musician, performer and producer he has played music for the majority of his life and was a pioneer of the new age music scene in the 80's. David's touring and direct marketing of his music helped introduce the new age genre to the general public and he was an important force in popularizing healing music throughout the 80's and 90's. With 24 albums of original music and nearly a half million recordings sold he is among the most successful independent artists in this genre. In addition to the creative side of things he is a masterful technician with an exceptional talent for recording, mixing and producing music which helped him create the success of his independent music label, Timeless Productions.

David's interest in nature, health, nutrition and the holistic healing arts have led him to study and practice yoga, tai chi, massage therapy, polarity and other forms of energy balancing and these activities have deeply influenced his music and his work in sound healing. To this end David takes great delight in joining the Crystal Alchemy Project and feels blessed to work with Breeze-la and ahMuse in this extraordinary musical exploration to find ways to create sacred space where healing and personal transformation can take place.

Sue Cross

Sue’s personal healing journey ignited in earnest in 2002. The flow of life transitions led her inward on a search for peace and calm, and she began a meditation practice. This awakened a passion for helping alleviate the suffering of the world which had lain dormant in her until the time was right. Since then, Sue has devoted herself to the study of the healing arts and wisdom traditions. She has delved most deeply into the disciplines of massage therapy, energy healing, hypnotherapy, kundalini yoga, and astrology. She holds a number of certifications, has studied with many learned masters over the years and has journeyed far and wide on her spiritual quest. She is currently immersed in studying the mechanics of energy and frequency healing from a more scientific perspective.

Sue’s vast array of skills are put to use in a thriving and varied healing practice. She often combines forces with her husband, Breeze to offer transformative healing sessions at their home in Reno. She is delighted to be a part of the magic of the Crystal Alchemy Project, whose mission is in alignment with her desire to help people remember the light of their true nature. Her guidance in mantra chanting, breathwork and kundalini exercises allow audiences to fully connect with the magic of the sacred music. Sound and Frequency are the medicine of the future, and its power is infinitely miraculous when we are able to attune to it. Sue is here to guide us do just that.
